The Manager of Infrastructure Planning noted the completion of all eight asset management plans. Following delivery of the draft plans in July 2023, a financial strategy was developed along with recommendations to support implementations. Staff are currently developing long term capital plans and drafting a report for Council on the establishment of a drainage utility.

The Director of Finance provided an on-screen presentation highlighting the 2024 property tax payment trends, the potential changes to the tax pre-payment program with more discussions coming this winter and delivered the 2025 Financial Plan timeline.
