Superintendent Carr, Officer in Charge gave a presentation on the 2024 RCMP Year in Review, which highlighted strategic plan priorities, such as partnering with the community, promoting public safety, targeting criminal activity and supporting staff. Also noted were the Mobile Integrated Crisis Response (MICR) Program results, which since starting in 2023 MICR has attended 27% of all mental health related calls. Lastly, a summary of the 2024 business improvements were shared.

The Engineering Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, gave a presentation on the 2024 projects that have completed construction, the 2025 upcoming projects with constructions and designs, flood resiliency and mitigation projects, special projects and the capital division objectives with process improvements and efficiencies.

  • That Committee of Council extend the date of expiry for adoption of “Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630, Amendment Bylaw, 2022, No. 4290” to December 13, 2025.
