    1. That Atira Women’s Resource Society request for permissive tax exemption be referred back to staff for further discussion with Atira Women's Resource Society Society related to their Housing Policy (specifically related to housing Port Coquitlam/Tri-Cities residents as a priority); and
    2. That the City of Port Coquitlam be approved for a permissive tax exemption for 2024 – 2028; and
    3. That previously approved permissive property tax exemptions continue for the 2024 taxation year.

    1. Support a BRT line featuring dedicated bus lanes, transit signal priority, enhanced customer amenities at stations and specialized vehicles to support fast, reliable, high-quality rapid transit along the Lougheed Highway corridor;
    2. Direct staff to work expediently with Translink and coordinate with adjacent municipalities towards the planning, design and implementation of BRT within the municipality.
